We arrange for the shipping of our products via independent carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS).

  • Risk of Loss: Once the product is transferred to the carrier at our facility, the legal title and "risk of loss" pass to you, the customer. We are not responsible for damage or loss occurring during transit.

  • Estimates: All delivery timelines provided in correspondence are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or force majeure events.

  • Shipping Fees: You are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs as outlined in your specific quote.
