Our workflow

We view every project not as a simple transaction, but as a collaborative partnership rooted in open communication, engineering transparency, and shared vision. From initial concept through final installation, we work alongside architects, designers, and general contractors as an extension of their team. By replacing generic customer service with direct access to our software engineers and master fabricators, we ensure your design intent, budget parameters, and timeline requirements are understood and meticulously protected at every stage of the process.

01. Initial Consultation & Project Scoping

Every successful custom metal project begins with a clear understanding of your vision and exact structural requirements. During our initial communication, our team collaborates closely with you to define the full scope of the job. We thoroughly review all of your provided materials—whether they are rough architectural sketches, vector files, or detailed blueprints—and identify any missing variables, requesting additional information or comprehensive site surveys if necessary to guarantee a perfect fit.

02. Custom Drafting & Engineering

Once all project parameters and field measurements are firmly established, our engineering team begins translating your concepts into precise digital geometry. Utilizing our proprietary parametric design tools and advanced CAD software, we draft the structural and aesthetic models based entirely on the information you provided. This critical phase bridges the gap between your creative intent and actual, physical manufacturability.

03. Collaborative Review & Refinement

We believe that continuous, transparent communication is the key to delivering a flawless final product. Once the initial drafts are complete, we provide you with detailed drawings and visual models for a comprehensive review. We work with you through an iterative feedback loop, openly discussing the design and making any necessary revisions you request. This collaborative process continues until every detail is perfected and we receive your final, official approval on the production-ready designs.

04. Precision In-House Manufacturing

With the final designs approved, your project moves directly to our production floor without any third-party delays. Because our engineers and fabrication technicians operate under the same roof, the transition from digital blueprint to physical execution is completely seamless. We leverage our high-power fiber lasers, heavy-duty press brakes, and CNC rolling machines to meticulously craft your custom metal features to exact tolerances.

05. Secure Packaging & Site Delivery

After fabrication and final surface finishing, every component undergoes a rigorous quality assurance inspection to verify dimensional accuracy and edge quality. Once cleared, your manufactured materials are expertly packaged to protect them from any transit damage. We manage the logistics to ensure your custom features are delivered directly to your client, reseller location, or job site safely and on schedule.

06. Central Component

Our relationship with you does not end the moment the materials are delivered. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and are committed to the long-term success of your installation. Our team remains fully available to provide post-project support, offering technical guidance, installation assistance, and comprehensive material maintenance information to ensure your custom metal features endure for years to come.

What makes us different

What sets us apart in custom laser-cut metal fabrication is the complete integration of software intelligence and physical manufacturing under one roof. By pairing state-of-the-art industrial cutting technology with our own proprietary digital tools, we eliminate the traditional handoffs, errors, and delays that slow down custom projects

In-House Manufacturing Capabilities

Dedicated to uncompromising quality, we maintain comprehensive in-house manufacturing capabilities specifically tailored to custom metal architectural and structural features. Keeping the entire production process under one roof ensures absolute quality control from raw material to final assembly. This guarantees that every piece arrives on-site exactly as specified, paving the way for a flawless and efficient installation.

 Core Manufacturing Equipment:

  • High-Power Fiber Laser Cutting Machine: Equipped with a 12KW cutting laser capable of slicing through thick materials with microscopic precision, accommodating maximum sheet dimensions of up to 144 in x 96 in for large-scale continuous designs.
  • Precision Press Brakes (3 Units): A dedicated fleet of three high-capacity presses for precision bending and custom forming, featuring our largest machine with an impressive 4000mm bed length and a 400-ton pressing capacity to handle heavy architectural gauge metals.
  • CNC Rolling Machine: Engineered for precise, large-radius curving and cylindrical forming, featuring a maximum crimp thickness of 12 mm and a maximum crimp width of 2000 mm, powered by a heavy-duty 18.5 Kw main motor.

 Custom In-House Software Ecosystem

Rather than relying solely on off-the-shelf design programs, we engineer proprietary software specifically tailored to custom metal architectural and structural features. This unique approach allows us to execute complex geometries with a level of precision that standard tools simply cannot match.

  • Proprietary Parametric Design Engines: Our custom software automates complex geometric layouts, intricate pattern scaling, and structural nesting, letting us transform complex architectural concepts into production-ready vector data in a fraction of the time.
  • Real-World Predictive Simulators: Before a single laser fires, our proprietary simulation tools model thermal distortion, material stress, sheet deflection, and cut-sequence physics. This pre-production validation ensures flawless structural integrity, prevents heat wrapping on thin profiles, and virtually eliminates material waste.
  • Next-Gen Production Integration: We bridge our custom tools with leading industry CAD/CAM platforms, nesting algorithms, and high-power fiber laser machinery to achieve micro-level precision across every cut.
